Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our product exchange policy ensures total security for customers regarding manufacturing defects in purchased products. We also accept exchanges for products that differ from what was ordered

Exchange Process

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that is different from your order, please follow these steps:

1.Notify Us: Email our team with clear photos of the defective or incorrect product within 3 days of receipt.
2.Important: Exchanges or refunds will not be processed after this period.

Your complaint will be reviewed within 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we will contact you via email with the following options:

1.Refund: Receive a refund of the amount paid.
2.Replacement: Receive a new product as ordered.
3.Similar Product: Receive a product of similar value.
4.Coupon: Receive a coupon for the value of the product to use on future purchases.

Size Issues

We do not exchange products for incorrect sizes. Measurements in centimeters are provided to assist in selecting the correct size.

Legal Notice

According to the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, there is no legal obligation to exchange products due to consumer regret about colour, size, model, or other reasons. The right to exchange is only applicable for defective products.

 

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
